We bake Traditional Alfie Jo’s with wholemeal wheat flour, adding to the daily fibre intake.
We use 100% cocoa powder for the biscuits, and minimun 54% dark chocolate coating, providing natural antioxidants.

Nuts & Caramel
Nuts & Caramel Alfie Jo’s use wholemeal wheat flour for fibre and include walnuts and peanuts for plant protein, minerals, and omega-3.

We also adapt each Alfie to a gluten-free version, using a mix of rice, potato, tapioca, maize and buckwheat flour, keeping their essence!
