We bake Traditional Alfie Jo’s with wholemeal wheat flour, adding to the daily fibre intake.
We use 100% cocoa powder for the biscuits, and minimun 54% cocoa chocolate coating, providing natural antioxidants.

Alfie Jo’s L&C are baked with a gluten-free mix: rice, potato, tapioca, maize and buckwheat flours.
The biscuits are brightened with natural lemon zest and finished in desiccated coconut.

Nuts & Caramel Alfie Jo’s use wholemeal wheat flour for fibre and include walnuts and peanuts for plant protein, minerals, and omega-3.

While Alfie Jo’s are crafted with wholesome, plant-based ingredients, they are still a sweet treat and contain added sugar. They are best enjoyed in moderation as part of a balanced diet.
